Welcome! You may find yourself here because you are looking to benefit from the transformative process of hiring a coach for you or your team. You may be at a crossroads in your career or struggling with confidence, and wondering if there is a better way of managing this. The most important thing when you embark on coaching is choosing the right coach for you or your staff and business, as the relationship you have with the coach is where the magic happens! You will want a coach that you can trust, and feel comfortable with, as well as one that is credible and qualified.
As an EMCC member, I abide by the code of ethics at all times and attend regular workshops and webinars to stay up-to-date, relevant and credible. I have regular supervision with a respected and experienced ILM coach and take my accountability to the coaching profession seriously. I am a fully qualified ILM coach-No online- £50 qualifications here!

Packages
Dependent on your requirements there is a package to suit you. If you would rather look at a bespoke service, I am happy to discuss this further, especially if you are looking for your company and staff rather than individuals. I will always do my best to be as flexible and affordable for my clients, as coaching should be an accessible and enjoyable process.

Bronze
Entry level coaching package most suitable for very short-term goals. Consisting of 3 hour long sessions. This is ideal for interview preparation, or confidence building prior to a major event.
This is an affordable package that gives you an opportunity to try coaching.
Silver
Our most popular package- pay for 6 sessions of 90 minute duration plus additional light touch-points as agreed. Ideal for working on goals such as changing jobs; improving public speaking; managing difficult conversations; assertiveness and more.
To use within 9 months- sessions usually 2-4 weeks apart but agreed on individual basis together.
Gold
This package is ideal for those wanting more focused coaching, working on their development over a longer or more intensive time frame. You can buy 6-10 sessions with set check points e.g. virtual/phone check-in's.. This can be useful for companies, or individuals seeking a personal service.This is ideal if you wish to develop effective strategies for success in your managerial career.
ABOUT ME
Laura Hair- Coach
Having been both an A and E Sister and an Organisational Development Practitioner, I have a wealth of current experience in leadership, culture, management and teamworking. Having over 20 years NHS experience has afforded me knowledge of large organisation pressures as well as being used to coping with stresses and constant change. I also know what it is like to change careers entirely, and how daunting that can be. However, I am more confident and happy than ever, and am so passionate about empowering others to follow their dreams and goals too. When I undertook my Coaching qualification with the ILM, it was because of this huge passion for developing and supporting others. Being a true "people person" I love how I get to meet different people from different roles and help them make changes they need to. I really believe that coaching is so much more than ticking a box, and the conversations we can have in coaching can really transform your life at work and home.
